Dispatch Manager

This position leads a team of hourly employees working a 6 AM – 3 PM schedule.

• Lead and develop fleet associates, dispatchers, and drivers
• Develop schedules, methods, and routes; analyze costs; coordinate customs clearances and permits
• Plan and direct transport and distribution activities to ensure goods and materials are transported safely, cost‑effectively, and arrive on time and in good condition
• Communicate daily with drivers, sales associates, and customers regarding issues, changes, delivery status, late deliveries, route amendments, local pickups, etc.
• Maintain truck and route files for DOT compliance, IFTA compliance, and company compliance
• Track and coordinate truck maintenance

• 3years of experience in shipping, dispatching, or other operational roles
• Experience managing a team of 10+ employees
• Routing‑software experience required
• Proficient with all Microsoft applications
• Ability to prioritize workload to balance multiple demands and meet timelines

• Pay range: $4,331.70 – $9,529.30 (monthly for salaried roles or hourly for all other roles)
• The role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible
