Responsibilities- Coordinate port-to-warehouse shipments
- Communicate with trucking partners and customers
- Monitor shipment status
- Manage documentation such as arrival notices and proof of delivery
- Support pricing and dispatch teams
- Track demurrage, detention, and accessorial charges
- At least 2 years of experience in drayage, trucking, or container logistics
- Strong understanding of port operations and dispatch
- Ability to manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with TMS platforms, EDI tracking tools, and digital freight systems is preferred
