We are seeking students who are passionate about Logistics to join our 2026 Summer Internship program at MSC USA, based in Houston, TX! The internship will run for 12 weeks, from June to August 2026. During this period, interns will work Tuesday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM.

This internship will offer you professional work experience, valuable mentorship, and a realistic job preview of what it’s like to work at MSC USA. Depending on your interests and background, you will be assigned to one of our dynamic Logistics teams, where you will have the opportunity to make meaningful contributions and develop new skills.

• Provide support to the Logistics teams by performing administrative related tasks
• Maintains good customer relationships with new and existing clients/vendors
• Prepare and review various documents and reports
• Enter data efficiently and effectively
• Perform other duties as assigned

This role requires working on-site in the office. There is no option for fully remote or hybrid work in this role.

• Must have valid work authorization. If you are under 18, a work permit is required.
• Must be currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field
• Must be able to work 29 hours per week during office hours, Tuesday – Friday between 9 AM – 4 PM during the internship period.

  Identifies priority activities and assignments; adjusts priorities as required; allocates appropriate amount of time and resources for completing work; monitors and adjusts plans and actions as necessary; uses time efficiently.
