Rail Automobile Unloader

Position Overview

PRS Auto is hiring immediately for an entry-level Railroad Auto Unloader position. The job involves unloading (driving) new automobiles off railcars at the Union Pacific (UP) Houston, TX rail terminal. No experience is required; training will be provided.

Full‑time and part‑time positions are available. You will typically work first shift; schedules may vary and you must be flexible for start and finish times. Availability during weekends and holidays is required.

Hourly rate starts at $14 per hour.

Benefits start after a 60‑day waiting period, with medical benefits beginning the first of the month after that and other benefits commencing after a 90‑day probationary period.

• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Pass a 7‑year background check and a drug test
• Work outside in all weather conditions, lift up to 50 lbs above your head, and climb various heights (not afraid of heights)
• No GED or high school diploma required
