Air & Ocean Freight Specialist

We are hiring an Air & Ocean Import Export Specialist to manage international freight shipments from booking through final delivery.

This role is ideal for a freight forwarding operator with hands-on experience across air freight, ocean freight, imports, exports, documentation, customer updates, carrier coordination, and shipment milestones.

• Coordinate air and ocean import/export shipments from start to finish
• Prepare and review shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, and AES filings
• Work with carriers, airlines, truckers, customs brokers, warehouses, and overseas agents
• Track shipments, update customers, and resolve delays or exceptions
• Maintain accurate shipment records in Cargo Wise or similar freight forwarding systems
• Support routing, bookings, delivery coordination, and operational issue resolution

• 2+ years of freight forwarding or international logistics experience
• Air and ocean import/export operations experience
• Knowledge of shipping documents, Incoterms, customs coordination, and carrier processes
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
