Our Aviation Service Mechanics are full-time, salaried employees (non-exempt, so overtime applies) reporting to the Service Center Manager or designee and will be primarily responsible for delivering Eco Power engine wash services to all airline customers (both commercial and military). This is a 40 hour per week night shift position, Monday through Friday.

• Perform on-wing engine washes using mobile wash equipment.
• Operate and maintain mobile wash units and service center tools and vehicles.
• Conduct daily inspections, maintenance, and repair of service center tools and equipment.
• Follow all flight-line safety procedures to ensure professional and timely operations.
• Collaborate with customer maintenance personnel to meet customer requirements and resolve in-service issues.
• Accurately document all maintenance activities in compliance with FAA regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service center processes.
• Administer Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs for wash equipment and facility assets.
• Drive DOT-regulated service pick-up trucks to customer locations.

• Part 65 Airframe & Powerplant (FAA) certification
• At least 2 years of field aviation maintenance experience
• US Driver's License
• Must be able to read and write English
• Broad knowledge of engine hardware and flight line operations/procedures
• Experience with the safe operation of heavy equipment and ground support equipment around aircraft
• Willingness to travel overnight occasionally (up to 10% of time)
• Adherence to DOT and FMCSA requirements, including FAA drug & alcohol testing pool
