Morales Beverage Group seeks a Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate is responsible for driving and delivering pre‑ordered products to assigned accounts, rotating and stocking products, and performing various warehouse duties. This role requires a professional with a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a competitive environment.

• Operate assigned handheld unit to create and correctly place labels on products.
• Hand‑select orders within various warehouse environments, including non‑temperature controlled, temperature controlled, and bonded holding areas.
• Stack products on pallets following proper selecting procedures (e.g., do not stack heavy on light product, labels must face out).
• Operate an electric pallet jack or forklift to transport products.
• Stage selected pallets for loading at proper dock locations.
• Shrink-wrap products on the loading dock.

• Check the accuracy and stability of the load.
• Deliver products to customers.
• Merchandise, display, and rotate products according to company standards.
• Invoice and collect monies due from customers.
• Pick up company property as required.
• Secure company assets.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
• Settle all accounts daily.

• Follow MBG preferred work methods and immediately report any unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
• Adhere to sanitation requirements to comply with MBG policies.
• Maintain and safely operate all assigned equipment, including pallet jack, handheld unit, and personal protective equipment.
• Perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections and safely operate all mechanical equipment.
• Attend all required company and safety meetings.

• Collaborate with peers and leadership to strategize and solve issues that disrupt goal achievement.
