Class A CDL Truck Driver – Regional Dry Van; Trainees

We are hiring Class A CDL Drivers for a regional dry van fleet operating throughout Texas and the South Central United States. This position offers consistent freight, competitive weekly earnings, and the opportunity to stay closer to home than traditional nationwide OTR positions.

Both experienced drivers and recent CDL graduates are encouraged to apply. Team drivers are also welcome.

• Average Weekly Earnings: $1,100 – $1,200
• Average Weekly Miles: 1,700 – 2,000 miles
• Performance Bonus Program available
• Short Haul Pay: $20 per hour
• Stop Pay: $15 per stop
• Mileage pay based on experience level and standard OTR pay scale
• Bonus opportunities based on miles, fuel efficiency, and safety performance

• Home every two weeks
• Day and night driving available

• Some holiday work may be required based on customer needs
• Regular time-off requests accepted through standard scheduling process

• Haul regional dry van freight throughout:
  • Texas
  • Oklahoma
  • Louisiana
  • Mississippi
  • Arkansas
  • Tennessee
  • Alabama
• Operate within a strong South Central freight network
• Handle a mix of:
  • Drop & hook freight
  • Preloaded trailers
  • Live load freight
  • Live unload freight
• Run regional lanes designed to keep drivers closer to home while maintaining steady miles and earnings

• Dry Van Trailers

• TWIC card preferred but not required

• Valid Class A CDL
• Trainees accepted

• Must meet hiring and safety standards
