Carrier Relations Specialist

Nav Logistics Inc is a non-asset based 3PL logistics provider located in Houston, TX. We specialize in transportation management and freight brokerage, using state-of-the-art technology to coordinate, manage, and track shipments. Our sales force consists of agents and brokers who utilize industry‑leading TMS and have access to a massive and continuously growing carrier network.

This is a full‑time role as a Carrier Relations Specialist at Nav Logistics Inc. The Carrier Relations Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining strong relationships with carriers, coordinating communication and negotiations, and ensuring the smooth execution of transportation operations. The role will involve on‑site work at our Houston, TX location.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Carrier Representative in freight brokerage
• Must be proficient in using DAT, Truckstop, Load Match, and various load boards, as well as TMS systems
• Must know how to identify and secure high‑quality carriers and actively manage carrier performance
• Applicants without strong knowledge of carrier sourcing and logistics software should not apply
• Experience with TL and LTL modes, with strong knowledge of Flatbed, Dry Van, Reefer, and Drayage (Container) operations
• Must reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Company will conduct background checks and drug testing

• Salary: $50,000 – $80,000/year (Based on experience + performance)
