We are looking for an experienced CDL-A OTR Flatbed Driver to join our team as an Independent Contractor. We run the lower 48 with a focus on flatbed freight, consistent lanes, and, most importantly,
transparent compensation.

• High Earning Potential: 30% of gross load revenue. Our trucks are currently averaging $2,400–$3,000+ per week in driver pay.

• Safely transport and secure flatbed freight across the lower 48.
• Maintain accurate DOT logs and ELD compliance.
• Maintain professional communication with dispatch, customers, and receivers.
• Perform consistent pre-trip and post-trip inspections.

• Valid CDL-A license and current Medical Card.
• 6+ months of verifiable OTR flatbed experience (required).
• Clean MVR with no major violations.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen.
• Proficiency in load securement and tarping.
