Job Responsibilities
Schedule and dispatch ready-mix deliveries to meet customer timelines and job site requirements
Communicate with drivers, plant teams, and customers to coordinate efficient delivery routes
Monitor orders and adjust schedules in real time to address changes or delays
Maintain accurate order entry, delivery tickets, and dispatch records
Support a culture of safety by reinforcing safe work practices and compliance
This role is based in a plant or office setting with frequent interaction with drivers and operations teams. The position may involve flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends, depending on business needs.
What Are We Looking ForKnowledge or experience in dispatch for trucks and fleets
Strong communication and coordination skills in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual in Spanish is a big plus
Ability to problem-solve and make timely, sound decisions
Proficiency with dispatch systems and general computer applications
High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and customer service
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands
