CDL Class A OTR Driver

Job Details

Base pay starts at $37.00 per hour.

The Driver will transport and deliver building materials to dealers, distribution centers, and/or construction job sites using a tractor‑trailer. This hands‑on OTR delivery driving position may require some weekend work based on business needs.

• Perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections thoroughly
• Maintain cleanliness and integrity of vehicle and equipment
• Immediately report any necessary repairs and/or maintenance needed
• Actively ensure compliance with DOT guidelines
• Load and unload truck using a Manitou or Moffett
• Verify entire content loads prior to leaving manufacturing facility or job site
• Follow all safety procedures for transporting goods
• Occasional weekend work
• Flexible work hours
• Other duties as assigned

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License
• Two years of commercial truck driving experience (equivalent Military DD214 experience is acceptable)
• Clean driving record
• Willingly tarp using a Conestoga XP Roll Tarp System and strap flatbed loads
• Operate trailer‑mounted forklift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
• Multi‑drop delivery experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently or with a team
• Ability to plan and manage time efficiently
• Ability to work safely throughout the day and prevent unsafe conditions
