Branch Manager – Houston, TX
Location:
Houston, TX (ADI) – Dry‑ice logistics.
- Coordinate the daily delivery of product to customers at lowest cost of distribution while ensuring compliance with local transportation regulations, product availability, and vehicle & driver capacity.
- Administer sales transactions and coordinate product supply, including monitoring shipping volume, coordinating with logistics coordinators, communicating supply planning to customers, and supporting supply chain improvement projects.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve goals related to safety, quality, reliability, and efficiency.
- Manage inventory through ERP transactions, monitor demand and inventory levels, proactively identify supply risks, calculate forecast accuracy, receive and manage orders, provide visibility on inventory status, and monitor supply risks.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, work cross‑functionally to achieve goals, and identify logistics dysfunctions for improvement.
- Coordinate bulk distribution to clients and filling centers, ensuring optimal inventory levels at clients and plants, and perform demand or consumption analysis.
- Analyze and manage costs to optimize the number of vehicles, optimize routes and frequencies, contribute to the formation of budgets, monitor efficiency indicators, and perform accurate data analysis to propose appropriate adjustments.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical) or equivalent diploma.
- 3–5+ years of experience in operations or maintenance management.
- Experience in industrial operations and project management.
- Industry experience.
