JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES
You must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company standards. An insured vehicle that can be used for delivery must be available. You should have strong navigational skills, including the ability to read maps, locate addresses, and navigate multi‑story buildings and adverse terrain.

QUALIFICATIONSGeneral job duties for all store team members
- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Orientation and training will be provided on the job.
Communication Skills- Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
- Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
- Perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
- Make correct monetary change.
- Use verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
- Maintain motor coordination between eyes and hands to perform rapid, precise movements.
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
- Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when delivering product, driving, and couponing.
- In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in cooler to 90°F or higher in some work areas.
- Sudden changes in temperature while inside and outside.
- Fumes from food odors.
- Exposure to cornmeal dust.
- Work in cramped quarters, including walk‑in cooler.
- Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500°F or higher.
- Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
- Talking and hearing on telephone.
- Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks.
- Depth perception.
- Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
- Far vision and night vision for driving.
The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS- Standing:
Most tasks performed from a standing position. - Walking:
For short distances and durations; surfaces include ceramic tile and linoleum. Work surfaces 36–48 inches high. - Sitting:
Paperwork normally completed at a desk or table. - Lifting:
Bulk product deliveries unloaded by hand truck. Deliveries may include cases weighing up to 50 lbs and dimensions up to 3' x 1.5'. Cases stacked up to 72 inches high. - Carrying:
Large cans (3 lbs), pizza sauce (30 lbs), and trays of dough (12 lbs per tray) carried from workstation to storage or front of store. - Pushing/Pulling:
Trays on dollies up to 30 inches require up to 7.5 lbs force to push or pull. - Climbing:
Occasionally navigate stairs or ladders for maintenance and stocking. - Forward bending:
At pizza assembly station; 30–45 seconds repeated throughout the day. - Crouching/Squatting:
Occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas. - Reaching:
Up, down, and forward; up to 72 inches to turn oven controls and lift supplies. - Hand tasks:
