Regional Van Truckload truck driver. Predictable power lanes with a high volume of freight. Consistent freight allows for maximum drive time and less downtime. Dispatched in advance, allowing for improved planning. 95% no‑touch, mostly drop‑and‑hook freight. Drive within the Eastern 37 states.
Pay and Bonus Potential- Weekly mileage pay plus hourly pay while on duty but not driving.
- Weekly performance pay.
- Mileage incentive: $0.02 per mile increase based on weekly miles run toward goal.
- $5,000 sign‑on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments for experienced drivers.
- $2,000 sign‑on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments for inexperienced drivers.
- Paid orientation.
- Paid time‑off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
- Annual bonus: earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
