Package Delivery Driver Associate - Ventures LLC - Houston, TX

Full-Time or Part-Time Driver

This is a Full-Time or Part-Time Driver position with "801 Ventures, LLC" delivering packages to customers!

· Commercial, DOT, CDL (or work-related) driving experience is a plus, but not mandatory

Benefits & Scheduling:

· $21.50 hour Pay Frequency-Biweekly

· 9-hour shifts are typical

· New Hire probation period will be of 3 days and based on performance promoted to full time with includes 4 to 5 days.

· Schedule includes 1 weekend day

Key

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Successfully handle and deliver packages on time

· Deliver 200 to 350 packages daily

· Safely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicle

· Follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies

· Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions

· Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions and on various routes; lift and lower packages weighing up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis; tilt, push and slide packages weighing between 50-70 lbs. basis; get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations

· Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed

· Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members

· Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle

· Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes

Qualifications:

· Must be at least 21 or older

· Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver's license OR unexpired state-issued identification

· Must be authorized to work in the United States

· Must successfully pass a 5-Panel Drug Screening

· Clean background record

· Must have a satisfactory motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)

· Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills
