Description
Dispatchers play a critical role in coordinating towing operations and ensuring a smooth, efficient, and customer-focused experience. This position combines logistics coordination with customer service, supporting safe and timely vehicle pickups and deliveries.
QualificationsBilingual – Spanish
Responsibilities- Assign tow trucks and drivers strategically to meet pickup and delivery schedules, maximizing productivity and on-time performance
- Plan daily transportation needs, monitor workload, and secure additional resources through secondary towing partners when demand exceeds capacity
- Provide outstanding service to towing partners and customers through clear communication, timely updates, and professional support
- Prepare and manage required paperwork for each pickup and delivery, including handling check and cash payments when applicable
- Ensure all operations adhere to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Identify and escalation transportation or operational issues to management as needed
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with tow drivers and collaborate closely with the IAA Transportation team
