Salary: $21.00 - $23.00 hourly

Shift: Day Shift Monday to Friday 5:00am-2:00pm

Global Market Foods seeks a full-time Class C Route Driver to deliver to retail food establishments using a box‑truck and 2‑wheel dolly. Responsibilities include working independently, transporting goods, and maintaining vehicle cleanliness.

• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle.
• Deliver high‑quality products to customers safely, courteously, and timely.
• Establish and maintain outstanding relations with customers.
• Safely operate assigned vehicles, following all traffic laws and regulations.
• Review and verify invoices and return requests to ensure accuracy.
• Determine placement of merchandise, follow safety and lifting protocols during deliveries.
• Hand‑lift and utilize two‑wheel dolly, lift gate and other equipment to move and stack product cases/freight of various sizes and weights throughout shift.
• Lift up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis and push/pull 50‑150 lbs. using a 2‑wheel dolly.
• Follow routes and time schedule.
• Collect payments on routes.
• Inspect delivery vehicles and ensure the safety and security of the loading and unloading process.
• Perform basic truck maintenance, such as refueling, visual inspections, and reporting potential issues.
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicles after each use.
• Complete driver route log with signatures from customers.

• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Lifting of product cases required (up to 50lbs).
• Stamina for work in a warehouse environment; sitting long periods of time.
• Customer service.
• Proven working experience as a delivery driver.
• Ability to operate pallet jack and use of hand dolly.
• Good driving record with no traffic violations.

• Ability to meet physical demands.
• 12+ months commercial driving experience.
• Must be 25+ years of age.
• Class C driver’s license.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3 years.
