Availability:
Monday through Sunday, 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM

• Delivery Drivers earn an average of $15 – $20 per hour (includes $10/hr base pay, tips, and delivery fee incentives)
• Kitchen Team Members earn $15/hr

• As a Kitchen Team Member:
  • Bake and prepare warm, delicious treats according to our recipes and standards.
  • Package orders accurately and efficiently for delivery or pickup.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
• As a Delivery Driver:
  • Deliver warm, delicious treats to customers quickly and efficiently, using a Tiff’s Treats company vehicle or your personal vehicle as needed.
  • Provide outstanding customer service with a smile to walk‑in customers and during deliveries.
  • Assist with other store duties, including packaging and cleaning, as needed.
• Maintain a positive, can‑do attitude with the team and lead by example in all roles.

• Must have a clean driving record & a valid driver’s license
• Must have current car insurance with the driver’s name listed as an authorized driver
• Must have own personal vehicle available for delivering orders when the Tiff’s Treats vehicles are occupied; drivers will be compensated for using their own vehicle
• Must be able to safely operate a motor vehicle while following all traffic laws; keep vehicles clean and organized
• Must be able to stoop, lift, carry, push, pull, bend, twist, reach items up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable with constant standing and/or walking, often outside in extreme heat, cold, rain, etc.
• Must be willing to follow written & verbal instructions in a loud & busy kitchen environment
• Must be available to work during our busiest days of the year, such as Buss Boost Day, Admin Pro Day, and Valentine’s Day.
