Experienced Class A Delivery Driver

Position Details

• Pay: $92,000 annually.
• Shifts:
  
  Monday - Friday, 12am-3am (dispatch range). 10-12 hour shifts.

Food and food service delivery drivers fulfill a critical role in the country's food supply chain. Our delivery drivers not only make sure the customers' products arrive at their destination at the arranged times and in good condition, but they are the face of our company – building lasting relationships with our customers!

• Perform all required safety checks, including pre/post trip inspections of tractor/truck and trailer per DOT regulations; report safety issues.
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safe driving guidelines and policies; report hazards.
• Inspect trailer for proper loading and secured freight; perform count check, verify invoices, complete required paperwork.
• Ensure tractor, trailer and freight are locked and/or secured at all times; unload damaged goods, handle returns, and complete end‑of‑shift paperwork.
• Adhere to daily record‑keeping and hours of service requirements.
• Uphold overall safety standards and guidelines for handling freight throughout the delivery process.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.

• High School Diploma or GED.

• 6 months commercial driving experience.
• State licensing and/or certification requirements met.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Meets PFG Motor Vehicle Report requirements for the past 3 years.
• Passes pre‑employment drug test.
• Meets PFG FMCSA Clearinghouse requirements.
• Passes road test.
• Able to secure a new DOT Medical Card.
• Able to hand‑lift and use equipment to move and stack product cases/freight weighing approximately 60–90 pounds.
• Must be able to work the assigned schedule.
• Can read, write, and communicate in English.
• English language proficiency is required.
