Responsibilities

• Execute ocean marine drayage services for FCL movements
• Ensure that delivery and pick up services are completed on time and in full without any exceptions
• Select and dispatch pick‑up and delivery orders to truckers that are part of the pre‑confirmed MCT database
• Manage chassis pool operations with each provider where practical to ensure maximum profitability
• Review, record, and develop solutions for repetitive service failures
• Streamline proactive container tracking communications
• Prioritize time‑sensitive cargo and effectively monitor all daily pick‑ups and deliveries
• Negotiate pricing as needed to maximize profits

• 3 – 5 years of experience in logistics and customer service environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Good understanding of ocean export/import operations and transload operations
• Essential experience in trucking carrier deliveries/recovery process and terminal port/CY requirements
• Maintain composure under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
• Email and telephone etiquette
• Ability to troubleshoot day‑to‑day issues that may arise during pick‑up or delivery process
