Non-CDL Truck Driver

We are currently hiring a Non‑CDL Truck Driver (also known as Box Truck Driver, Local Delivery Driver, or Straight Truck Driver) to drive a small truck to transport cargo to and from destinations within the immediate local area.

• Position:
  Non‑CDL Truck Driver
• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday
• Pay: starting at $20.13
• Hours:
  
  40‑50 hours per week

• Inspects the truck pre‑ and post‑trip.
• Accurately complete vehicle inspection sheets, fuel consumption logs, daily log sheets, bills of lading, vehicle trip records, and expense reports.
• Ensures all cargo is loaded, checked, and safely secured during transit.
• Assists with or oversees loading and unloading of cargo to ensure secure transit.
• Acquires all proper signatures on shipping/receiving documents.
• Monitors the maintenance and repair of the truck.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally and representing the company positively.
• Responsible for following all Federal and State DOT regulations as well as warehouse safety regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 1+ years recent commercial delivery‑driving experience or willing to complete a company driving training program
• Valid state‑issued driver’s license, with a clean driving record.
• Capacity to demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and dependability.
• Good hand‑eye coordination.
• Thoroughness and attention to detail in task completion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Previous experience working in a high‑volume distribution, manufacturing, technical service (i.e. testing and repair) or forward logistics operation a plus
• Strong commitment to customer service

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• The ability to lift, push and/or pull up to 50 lbs., if necessary
• Flexible early morning shifts
