Job Summary

Sealy Logistics is seeking dependable, safety-focused, and professional CDL drivers to join our growing team. We are hiring for Over-the-Road (OTR), Regional, and Local drivers for dedicated routes to fit a variety of lifestyles. Our drivers are the backbone of our operation, ensuring timely and secure delivery of goods while maintaining the highest safety standards.

• Pay: $0.70 per mile (CPM)
• Weekly pay ranges from $1,700 to $2,600.00
• Weekly direct deposit
• Consistent miles and reliable scheduling

• Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle (CMV)
• Transport goods efficiently and on schedule
• Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logs and comply with FMCSA regulations
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
• Secure cargo properly to prevent damage
• Report any mechanical issues or delays promptly

• Valid CDL Class A license
• Minimum 1–2 years of driving experience preferred (or as required)
• Clean driving record (MVR)
• Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and responsibly

• Late‑model trucks with automatic/manual options
• GPS and electronic logging devices (ELD)
