Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Coordinate and assign trips to drivers to ensure efficient and reliable service
• Monitor transportation operations in real time and make adjustments as needed
• Communicate trip information, schedule changes, and operational updates to drivers
• Ensure on-time pickups and drop-offs while maintaining service standards
• Respond quickly to changing transportation needs and service requests

• Serve as a key point of communication between drivers, passengers, and management
• Provide drivers with route guidance, trip updates, and operational assistance
• Address customer inquiries professionally and resolve service concerns promptly
• Support a positive customer experience through clear communication and timely problem resolution

• Maintain accurate dispatch records and trip documentation
• Track daily operational activity and assist with reporting requirements
• Monitor service performance and identify opportunities for improved efficiency
• Work closely with management and team members to support operational goals

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous experience in dispatching, customer service, call center operations, transportation, logistics, or scheduling preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Experience with transportation software, scheduling systems, or fleet operations is a plus
