Average Weekly Pay: $1,550 - $1,700 + Bonus Opportunities

We provide fully paid, top‑tier training to safely load and operate our 9‑car haulers. No car‑hauling experience required.

• Home daily after every route.
• PTO: 144 hours in the first year.

• Maintain courteous and professional behavior & appearance.
• Load and secure vehicles on our 9‑car haulers.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain driver log.
• Transport vehicles between Carvana locations.
• Adhere to delivery schedules.
• Maintain a clean driving record.
• Ensure safe and timely delivery of customer cars.
• Communicate with the transportation team.

• Valid CDL driver’s license with Medical Card.
• Minimum age 21 years.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• At least 6 months of tractor‑trailer experience in the last 3 years or equivalent military experience.
• Capacity to walk 75 feet and climb a 10‑foot ladder.
• Ability to bend, kneel, twist, squat, stand, and climb as required to secure load.
• Requires standing, stretching, walking, stooping, pushing and/or pulling in an outdoor environment.
• Excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
• Use of safety equipment, such as non‑slip shoes, gloves, and protective garments.
• Requires frequent driving.
• This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
• The position is designated as a safety‑sensitive position.
