At TMC, We Offer:

First-year drivers earn up to $100,000 annually
Experienced drivers earn up to $120,000 annually
Up to $5,000 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers
Home weekends
Continuous Run Program:
Earn an additional 1% of load pay after one weekend out, 2% after two weekends, and up to 3% after three or more weekends on the road
$600 in-truck bonus when you receive your own truck, plus $1,000/week guaranteed pay during your first two weeks in your assigned truck
Increased tarp pay: $40 for smoke & steel $50 for lumber

What You'll Need:

Valid CDL-A or CDL Learner's permit from your state of residence
No recent DOT-reportable accidents or DUIs
Last 5 years of work history for your application
