Coordinate movement of air export shipments between customers, customs brokers, and shipping carriers;
Prepare export documentation including Cargo Wise entry, Certificate of Origin, Cargo Manifest, NAFTA Certificate, Airway Bill, and other customer documents;
Filing AES export customs;
Regularly communicate shipment status with customers and overseas partners to meet delivery commitments and monitor departures/arrivals;
Ensure accurate invoicing and update customer profiles in accordance with company policy
