Shipco Transport Inc., a leading international cargo transportation company, has an immediate opening at our HAF branch located in Houston, TX for an experienced Airfreight Export Coordinator
.

We are looking for a candidate who is proactive, dynamic, highly motivated, reliable, and who understands and appreciates the importance of a team effort. The candidate should also possess the ability to ‘think outside the box’, think and work outside their local market, and be aware of various time zones and regional norms for all parties involved.

• Impeccable customer service.
• Coordination of all aspects of Air Export.
• Scheduling of pick-ups daily.
• Responsible for rating shipments correctly per the SOP.
• Work closely with other departments to deliver a high level of service to customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 1 - 2 years’ experience in Air Export and/or Customer Service.
• In-depth knowledge of export procedures.
• Ability to be profit-conscious.
• Ability to work with demanding deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Solid knowledge of domestic and international geography as well as basic knowledge of U.S. Regulatory Laws.
• Ability to establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks; must be organized.
• Must be detail-oriented, thorough, accurate, and have the ability to solve problems efficiently.
