Near Hobby Airport, Houston, TXPay: $16.50–$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM;
Friday, 6:00 AM–12:00 PM Openwork, formerly Meador Staffing, is hiring a Logistics Coordinator for a busy shipping and logistics operation near Hobby Airport.

Job Responsibilities Coordinate shipping and transportation arrangements for pickups and deliveries

Communicate with customers, carriers, drivers, and internal teams to ensure shipments are handled efficiently

Collect, enter, and maintain accurate shipping and logistics data Organize files, shipping documents, and other records

Provide clerical and administrative support for daily shipping operations

Spend approximately 65% of the day performing desk/clerical duties

Spend approximately 35% of the day performing hands-on tasks, including packaging and preparing shipments

Assist with coordinating the movement and preparation of outgoing shipments

Maintain an organized and accurate work area

Qualifications

Previous clerical shipping or logistics experience preferred

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Organized and detail-oriented

Comfortable handling data collection, filing, and documentation

Ability to coordinate transportation arrangements for pickups and deliveries

Comfortable balancing office/desk work with hands-on packaging duties

Reliable, professional, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
