CDL-A Team Truck Driver

Job Overview

We are looking for full‑time OTR Class A team truck drivers at our Liberal, KS facility to safely deliver Helium to customers throughout the US and Canada. Safety is our top priority, and many of our drivers have achieved over 1 million safe miles.

Safely operate truck and team vehicles, ensuring all deliveries meet quality and safety standards. Maintain accurate logs, perform pre‑drive inspections, and follow company and regulatory procedures.

• 3 years of recent experience driving Class A vehicles
• OTR team driving and mountain driving experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Tanker and Haz Mat endorsements (or willingness to obtain prior to hire)
• 0 at‑fault accidents within the last 3 years
• No more than 1 moving violation within the last 3 years
• Proven solid safety record and stable work history
• Must be an established team driver
• Position is safety‑sensitive

• Average yearly earning of $130k
• Out for 3 weeks and home 5 full days
• Quarterly safety/performance bonuses up to 6%
