Key Responsibilities:
MSC USA is seeking students who are passionate about logistics to join our Fall 2026 Internship Program in Houston, TX. This 12-week internship will run from September through December 2026. Interns will work 20–29 hours per week, Monday through Friday, between 8 AM and 5 PM.
This internship provides professional work experience, valuable mentorship, and a realistic preview of working at MSC USA. Based on your interests and background, you will be assigned to one of our dynamic logistics teams, where you can make meaningful contributions and build new skills.
- Support logistics teams by performing administrative tasks.
- Maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients and vendors.
- Prepare and review documents and reports.
- Enter data accurately and efficiently.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
This role requires working on-site in the office for five days a week, from Monday to Friday. There is no option for fully remote or hybrid work in this role, unless required off-site duties are being performed.
Qualifications & KeyCompetencies:
- Must have valid work authorization. Candidates under 18 must have a work permit.
- Must be currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field.
- Must be able to work up to 29 hours per week during office hours, Tuesday through Friday, between 9 AM and 4 PM.
