Air Cargo Office Supervisor

• Direct Leads and Agents within the assigned functional area
• Oversee and advise on staffing requirements
• Monitor and administer discipline or corrective action for subordinates
• Ensure customer satisfaction through daily feedback
• Act as liaison between Leads/Agents and upper management
• Monitor assigned employees to ensure customer satisfaction, safety, security, quality, and employee relations meet or exceed standards
• Ensure practices are administered fairly and equitably
• Retrieve import and deliver export documents to and from aircraft
• Report to work regularly and on time

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license required
• Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent; six months to one year of related experience and/or a combination of education and experience
• Computer skills
• Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM
• Ability to handle the stress of a fast-paced eight-hour shift
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees
• Ability to learn and apply PC skills
• Ability to read and interpret rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and days off
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Must be able to maintain site access and work scheduled shifts
• Must be able to follow directions and work safely
• Ability to lift 50 to 70 pounds
• Excellent interpersonal skills and prior supervisory experience preferred
• Analytical skills and comfort with data, computation, and analytical methods preferred
• Strong experience in a related role with another logistics company or airline preferred

Demonstrates strong leadership and supervisory skills while ensuring customer satisfaction and safety standards are met. Proficient in communication, data analysis, and operational procedures within a logistics or airline environment.
