As a driver, you will be responsible for delivering and installing bounce houses throughout Houston, TX, and a 60-mile radius of backyards, schools, and businesses. You will also be responsible for loading and unloading equipment onto trailers, cleaning and installing bounce houses, tables, and chairs on location, and communicating with route managers the status of deliveries and pickups.

Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning and installing bounce houses
• Inspecting bounce houses for damage
• Patching/spot cleaning inflatables
• Washing with soap and water inflatables
• Cleaning concession equipment
• Testing games & obstacle courses
• Delivering and installing bounce houses throughout Houston, TX, and a 60-mile radius of backyards, schools, and businesses
• Loading and unloading equipment onto trailers
• Cleaning and installing bounce houses, tables, and chairs on location
• Communicating with route managers the status of deliveries and pickups
• Performing daily pre-trip and safety inspections on equipment prior to commencing route
• Partnering with routers and drivers to acquire delivery schedules and communicate delays, arrivals, and/or equipment problems as encountered
• Complying with company safety standards, Department of Transportation regulations, Alcoholic Beverage Control regulations, and warehouse delivery policies/procedures
• Keeping the interior of the truck organized, clean, and smoke-free

Minimum qualifications include:

• Being 23 years or older
• Having a state-issued or school  social security card
• Ability to count and perform basic math, with or without a calculator
• Language skills that allow employees to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Providing a high level of customer service to ensure accounts are satisfied with products and timeliness of deliveries
• Able to regularly and consistently lift and carry 45-60+ pound cases of product
• Competent in working independently on a daily basis with minimal supervision
• No felonies as required by state school districts for our industry
• Clean criminal record, 0 infractions

Preferred qualifications include:

• Customer service experience
• Any outside work experience
• School sports athletes/workout enthusiasts
• Students

Truck driver minimum qualifications include:

• Experience driving and pulling a 16ft trailer or larger
• Ability to count and perform basic math, with or without a calculator
• Language skills that allow employees to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Providing a high level of customer service to ensure accounts are satisfied with product and the timeliness of deliveries
• Competent in working independently on a daily basis with minimal supervision
• No felonies as required by state school districts for our industry

Truck driver preferred qualifications include:

• Customer service experience
• Clean criminal record, 0 infractions
• Outside work experience
• School sports athletes/workout enthusiasts

We are looking for drivers who want to be employed with us long-term and who want to grow with us as a strong, reliable team. Quarterly/yearly performance evaluations will be conducted.

Truck driver applicants will need a valid Class C Texas driver’s license, social security card, and English language skills (bilingual/Spanish is a plus).
