**** Role Summary
** As a
** Delivery Driver**, you’ll play an essential role in keeping our customers’ businesses moving by delivering aftermarket automotive, RV, and marine parts safely and on time. You’ll operate a company box truck, interact directly with customers, and represent Keystone through dependable service and professionalism.

** Position Highlights*** $1,000 Retention Bonus — $500 after 6 months and $500 after 12 months of continuous employment
* Performance-based hourly increases of up to $0.50/hour at 60 days, 6 months, and 1 year
* Consistent weekday schedule — no weekend work

** What You’ll Do
*** Safely operate a 15-foot or larger box truck to deliver automotive, RV, and marine parts and accessories
* Load, secure, transport, and unload products while following proper handling and safety procedures
* Provide friendly, professional service and serve as a positive representative of Keystone when interacting with customers
* Verify deliveries, communicate with dispatch and warehouse teams, and address routine delivery issues as needed
* Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and professional appearance
* Follow all applicable DOT regulations and company safety standards
** What We’re Looking For
*** Must be 21 years of age or older
* Valid driver’s license
* At least 6 months of experience driving a 15-foot box truck or larger
* No motor vehicle violations within the past 24 months
* Ability to lift and handle freight weighing up to 75 pounds
* Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
* Ability to pass a DOT physical examination
* Reliable, safety-conscious, and customer-focused approach to work
