This full‑time, on‑site CDL A Truck Driver role is based in Houston, TX. The driver will transport freight safely and efficiently using dry van, reefer, or flatbed equipment, following all federal, state, and local regulations. Day‑to‑day tasks include planning routes, completing pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, securing loads, and maintaining accurate logs and delivery documentation. The driver will communicate regularly with dispatchers and brokers, manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery times, and report any issues with equipment or cargo.

The role also includes basic vehicle care, adherence to safety protocols, and professional interaction with customers and facility staff.

• Valid CDL Class A license, a clean driving record, and experience operating dry van, reefer, or flatbed equipment.
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations, hours‑of‑service rules, and general road safety practices.
• Ability to perform thorough vehicle inspections, basic maintenance checks, and proper load securement.
• Effective communication skills for working with dispatchers, brokers, and customers, including clear documentation and reporting.
• Dependable time management skills, with the ability to plan routes, meet delivery schedules, and adapt to changing conditions.
• Physical ability to handle loading assistance when required, climb into and out of trucks, and work in varied weather and road conditions.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of recent CDL A driving experience preferred; familiarity with regional routes around Houston, TX is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; commitment to ongoing safety training and professional development.
