Description
We are seeking dependable Picker/Packers to support warehouse operations in the Houston area. This role is responsible for accurately picking, packing, labeling, and preparing orders for shipment while maintaining productivity and safety standards.
Responsibilities- Pick products from inventory using pick tickets, RF scanners, or work orders
- Pack items securely and accurately for shipment
- Label boxes and prepare orders for outbound shipping
- Verify product quantities and inspect for damage
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Meet daily productivity and quality goals
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40–50 lbs throughout the shift
- Basic math and reading skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Previous warehouse, picking, or packing experience
- Experience using RF scanners or warehouse systems
- Ability to work overtime and weekends if needed
- Warehouse setting with varying temperatures
- Fast-paced production environment
