Job Responsibilities

Accurately fill customer orders according to pick ticket instructions, verifying size, grade, quantity, and quality of all items. (caps, couplings, gaskets, flanges, pipe nipples, plugs, bolds, valves, reducers, ext)

Review and follow all customer-specific instructions listed on pick tickets.

Pull and stage material for warehouse transfers as required.

Receive and handle fragile and high-value materials with care, inspecting for any damage upon arrival.

Load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks safely, using proper lifting techniques and equipment.

Complete all necessary documentation, including customer labels, packing slips, and equipment inspection reports.

Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, shrink wrap guns, and paper packaging machines, safely and responsibly, promptly reporting any safety hazards to a Supervisor.

Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area in compliance with safety regulations.

Ensure all orders are packaged, labeled, and shipped on time to meet customer deadlines.

Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned to support operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse, shop, or shipping/receiving environment.

Ability to pass a background check and drug/alcohol screening.

Ability to stand, walk, lift, climb, and perform various physical tasks throughout the workday.

Capable of lifting and carrying merchandise up to 50 lbs.

Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively with others.

Full physical agility, mobility, and dexterity are required for warehouse operations.

Proficient in basic math skills for measurements and order verification.

Ability to read and interpret pick tickets, tape measures, and other measuring devices accurately.

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
