• Assist in receiving materials by checking items against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Help with unloading trucks and safely moving materials using a pallet jack.
• Support the shipping process by preparing and packing orders for customer shipments.
• Assist in pulling items from stock to fulfill customer orders, staging them for delivery or pickup.
• Verify the accuracy of items being packed or staged against sales orders.
• Help keep the warehouse organized and clean, ensuring materials are easy to locate.
• Assist in maintaining basic warehouse equipment, such as hand tools and pallet jacks.
• Assist with inventory counts and help maintain accurate stock records.
• Update inventory systems when receiving or moving materials (training provided).
• Work with the Warehouse Coordinator to prepare and organize materials for delivery and assist in coordinating deliveries with the internal team.
• Occasionally assist customers picking up orders at the warehouse and provide friendly, professional service during all customer interactions.

• On-Time Shipments:
  Percentage of orders shipped on time, meeting scheduled shipment dates.
• Inventory Accuracy:
  Percentage of accurate inventory counts (matching system records with physical inventory).
• Receiving Accuracy:
  Percentage of items received accurately against purchase orders (quantity and quality).
• Order Staging Time:
  Average time to stage orders for shipping or pickup after receiving.
• Cycle Count Completion:
  Number of cycle counts completed as scheduled.
• Dead Stock Management:
  Percentage of dead stock items identified and processed (recycled, sold, or disposed).
• Warehouse Efficiency:
  Time taken to process incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Customer Returns Processing Time:
  Average time to process customer returns from initiation to completion.
• Forklift and Equipment Maintenance:
  Percentage of equipment maintenance completed on time.
• Safety Incidents:
  Number of safety incidents in the warehouse.
• Warehouse Cleanliness and Organization:
  Quarterly cleanliness audit score and related efficiency metrics.
• Order Pre-Load Accuracy:
  Percentage of orders pre-loaded correctly for the next day’s deliveries.
• Event Prep Time:
  Time taken to prepare for special events.

• No prior warehouse experience required; training will be provided.
• Forklift operation experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Basic computer skills (will receive training on warehouse management systems).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols.
• Team player with good communication skills.
