A&C Plastics is a leader in the plastics industry, known for our customer service, huge inventory, and fun, hardworking culture. We’re looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse and distribution operations. This role includes receiving, storing, picking, and shipping materials, as well as operating industrial saw equipment with the possibility of driving a company delivery truck. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands‑on environment.

Schedule & Compensation:

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $15.00 to $18.00/hr (depending on experience)
Status: Full-Time, 40 hours per week + Overtime as needed

What Winning Looks Like:

• Accurately pull, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment or pickup
• Build pallets and keep the pallet room tidy
• Operate warehouse equipment such as power tools, nail guns, and forklifts
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Measure and cut materials accurately based on work orders
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory
• Deliver products to customers using a company delivery truck (if applicable)
• Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and DOT regulations when applicable
• Help keep the warehouse clean and organized
• Assist other warehouse departments as needed
• Jump in wherever needed to support the team
• Complete other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

• Forklift experience is a plus
• Dependable with excellent attendance (attendance is a BIG deal here!)
