JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Operations – Admin Lead will be responsible for overseeing various warehouse tasks which include but are not limited to palletizations, processing invoices and purchase orders, operating heavy equipment and order selection, and utilizing Office Suite to monitor projects and effectively communicate with other departments regarding scheduling dock times, receiving shipments and completed pickups.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Safely and efficiently operate various pieces of warehouse equipment, including forklifts, cherry pickers, electric pallet jacks, and reach trucks to transport products.
  • Out Of State Team Assistance:
    Help with palletizations, communication, pulling orders occasionally, and receiving Purchase Orders.
  • Total Wine Clearing:
    Invoice printing, organizing and filing.
  • Load Sheets:
    Close out and return load sheets (invoices) throughout the week.
  • Project Monitoring:
    Track and monitor projects to completion, with follow up and communication with PMs and supply chain.
  • Receiving:
    Assist the receiving lead in day‑to‑day activities when necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with team members across various departments to achieve daily production targets and deadlines, follow up and communicate to completion.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures when operating equipment and handling materials.
  • Participate in all required company and daily safety meetings.
  • Take directions from the Warehouse Supervisor to maintain and ensure completion of workflow.
