Mandarin Speaking Warehouse Associates (Forklift Sit Down)
Automation Personnel Services is looking for Mandarin Speaking Warehouse Associates (Forklift Sit Down) for a company based in North Houston, TX to support daily operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. Ideal candidates are reliable, safety-minded, and comfortable with physical work.

Pay Rate: $17 per hour

Hours:

Monday – Friday 7:00 AM to 04:30 PM (occasionally OT)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload incoming and outgoing materials. (Forklift preferred)
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and efficiency.
• Operate a sitdown forklift to move pallets, stage materials, and support production flow.
• Assist with inventory organization, restocking, and general warehouse upkeep.
• Follow all safety procedures, equipment guidelines, and supervisor instructions.
• Support additional warehouse tasks as needed to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be able to speak Mandarin to communicate with team members and supervisors.
• Must have STS (steeltoe shoes) for safety.
• Must wear jeans and a t-shirt (standard warehouse dress code).
• Prior experience operating a sitdown forklift is required.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy in measurements, and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Background check and drug screening.
