• Know and actively demonstrate the company mission statement and core values daily.
• Identify product by SKU, size, varietal, and rack bin location.
• Record notes on invoices to indicate variances, changes, and out‑of‑stock products.
• Maintain control and integrity of pull cart, ensuring no product is removed until the order is completely pulled.
• Maintain neat and orderly product rack areas during order selecting.
• Maintain pull cart staging area to allow quick verification upon checking.
• Pack wholesale order products neatly to prevent damage and ensure integrity at delivery.
• Tag wholesale customer orders according to shipment quantity.
• Secure and properly use all TABC stamps for wholesale customer orders.
• Work with and maintain TABC stamp guns and machines.
• Restock supplies and utilize equipment when needed to replenish products in the racks.
• Inform manager or lead of out of stocks or inventory variance on all items.
• Use computer equipment as necessary.
• Assist in preparation for inventory and participate in inventory process.
• Practice teamwork and cooperation with coworkers.
• Seek continuous skill and knowledge improvement to contribute to profitability and productivity.
• Undertake responsibilities with care and attention to detail.
• Lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally each shift.
• Properly use a dolly and/or pallet jack.
• Push or pull 50–100 pounds regularly.
• Complete other projects assigned by management.
• Efficiently carry out all directives from the management team.
• Operate in accordance with all safety regulations of Specs Family Partners and OSHA.
• Prioritize tasks and meet daily demands through effective time management.
• Maintain attendance and timeliness; this is not a remote position.

• Age over 21 years.
• 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred; willingness to learn is acceptable.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to read, comprehend and write simple instructions or memos.
• Basic arithmetic ability: add, subtract, multiply, divide whole numbers and fractions/decimals without a calculator, and basic counting.
• Patience, friendliness, and an outgoing personality; self‑starter with strong work ethic.
• Application of common sense to carry out written, oral, or diagram instructions.

Full‑time: 40 hours per week. Must be available to work any shift on Friday or Saturday and at least 80% of all shifts each week. Part‑time positions available up to 25 hours per week.

Overnight shift: open availability Sunday to Friday, 12a.m. – 8a.m.

The role requires regularly standing, walking, bending, reaching, climbing, speaking, and hearing. Employees must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds routinely and occasionally up to 100 pounds using proper tools. Use of industrial machinery to move pallets weighing up to 2,400 pounds is required. Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.

Warehouse setting with moderate to loud ambient noise. Employees may be exposed to outside weather conditions during work. The environment is fast‑paced, requiring timely completion of tasks and adherence to safety protocols.
