2nd Shift Warehouse Order Selector * Perishable & Freezer Facility

Position Overview

As a Warehouse Selector, you’ll pick, gather and organize product and prepare orders for delivery to local customers. Upbeat individuals interested in staying active and fit while earning above‑average income are perfect for this role.

Earn $18 per hour + $1.50 cooler/freezer premium + $1.00 shift differential (4:00p.m.‑4:00a.m.) + Incentive and Attendance Pay (once you qualify). Full‑time, 2nd shift (3:00p.m. until completion, Sunday–Friday), 5 days on/2 days off.

General Equivalency Diploma (General Studies) or High School Diploma (General Studies). Must be available for 2nd shift work.

• Picking various items using order sheets or an audio headset.
• Stacking items on a pallet for wrapping and loading at the bay doors.
• Ensuring accuracy to orders while adhering to safety standards.
• Operating a double walkie‑rider or electric pallet jack to remove cases from storage rack and place on pallet, applying selection labels as appropriate.
• Utilizing proper wrapping techniques to ensure product safety and prevent damage.
• Informing supervisor of any differences in case quantity or description.
• Performing equipment inspections and completing appropriate forms.
• Frequent safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels.
• Following all material handling equipment safe operating procedures.

• Standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shift.
• Walking 6–12 miles per day on varying surfaces (concrete, tile, carpet, etc.).
• Frequently lifting product weighing 1–60 lbs. or more; lifting from floor to overhead.
• Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height.
• Safe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools.
