• Knows and actively demonstrates the Company Mission Statement and Core Values daily.
• Correctly identifies product by SKU, size, varietal, and rack bin location.
• Makes necessary notes on invoices to show variances, changes, and out‑of‑stock products.
• Maintains control and integrity of pull cart to ensure no product is removed until the order is completely pulled.
• Maintains neat and orderly product rack areas while order selecting.
• Maintains pull cart staging area to ensure any order can be quickly verified upon checking.
• Packs wholesale order products neatly without damage to ensure integrity at delivery.
• Tags wholesale customer orders according to quantity of shipment.
• Maintains security and proper usage of all TABC stamps utilized for wholesale customer orders.
• Works with and maintains TABC stamp guns and machines.
• Restocks supplies and utilizes equipment when needed to ensure replenishment of products in the racks.
• Informs manager/lead of out‑of‑stocks or inventory variance on all items.
• Works with and maintains computer equipment.
• Assists in prep for inventory and assists in inventory process.
• Practices teamwork and cooperation with coworkers.
• Seeks to continually improve related skills and knowledge to contribute to profitability and productivity.
• Undertakes responsibilities with care and attention to detail.
• Other projects as assigned by management.
• Easily carries out all directives given by the Management Team.

• Must be over the age of 21.
• Human being (no pets).
• 1‑2 years of warehouse experience preferred; willingness to learn acceptable.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions or memos.
• Good verbal communication skills with coworkers and guests.
• Mathematical skills: add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers and fractions/decimals without calculator.
• Responsible, reliable, and committed to providing excellent service.
• Patience, friendliness, and an outgoing personality.
• Self‑starter with strong work ethic who completes job assignments timely.
• Time‑management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Attendance and timeliness required.

• Full‑time positions: typically 40 hours per week.
• Must be available to work any shift on Friday or Saturday and at least 80% of all shifts each week.
• Part‑time positions: up to 25 hours per week.
• Working outside of scheduled time without Manager approval is prohibited.

• Regularly stand, walk, bend, and use hands and fingers to handle and feel.
• Reach with hands and arms; climb or balance as needed.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with proper tools.
• Use an industrial machine to move pallets up to 2400 pounds.
• Close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus required.

• Operated in a warehouse environment with moderate to loud noise levels.
• Exposed to outdoor weather conditions while working.
