Homeowners are paying more than ever for electricity. Outdated systems and one‑size‑fits‑all fixes leave families stuck with high bills and little control.

The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the flow of materials in and out of the transit warehouse, ensuring accurate purchasing, timely deliveries and pickups, and efficient day‑to‑day operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy, managing vendor relationships, and supporting overall warehouse performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all materials required for upcoming projects are available in stock or procured in a timely and cost‑effective manner.

  • Monitor warehouse inventory levels and place material orders as needed to maintain adequate stock.
  • Generate material work orders for each project to be pulled and prepared by warehouse associates.
  • Maintain an organized warehouse layout and standardized inventory management system in accordance with operational standards and best practices.

  • Notify relevant departments immediately when projects are ready to move to the next stage of execution.
  • Communicate any project status changes that may impact material procurement or project timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to obtain updates, documentation, and information necessary to ensure smooth project workflow.
  • Transfer projects to the Scheduling Department once all required materials have been procured.
  • Ensure all materials for special projects are procured completely and on time before the scheduled installation date.
  • Maintain responsibility for the safety, security, and accountability of all warehouse inventory, equipment, and assets.
  • Maintain accurate, auditable records and ensure compliance with established procedures for shipping and receiving activities.
  • Manage and track all material movement throughout the warehouse.
  • Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards at all times.
  • Collaborate closely with the Service Team to manage materials, documentation, and RMA processing for service and warranty‑related projects.
  • Ensure all project orders are staged and prepared in the designated "Staging Zone" for the following day's operations before the end of each workday.
  • Ensure all incoming materials are placed in the designated "Receiving Zone" and entered into the inventory system immediately upon receipt.
  • Work closely with the Post‑Installation Project Manager to ensure materials are ordered and available for upcoming projects and to resolve any material‑related issues during installation.
  • Continuously evaluate warehouse processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and operational effectiveness.
