Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Openwork is hiring a dependable Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Associate for a well-established Houston company that has proudly served the law enforcement industry since 1971. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong warehouse and inventory experience who enjoys working in an organized, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily shipping and receiving operations.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock organization.
• Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment efforts.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Inspect incoming shipments for damage, shortages, or defects.
• Update inventory data using Microsoft Excel and Great Plains.
• Organize inventory locations, labels, and warehouse storage areas.
• Work closely with warehouse staff and vendors to support efficient operations.
• Follow company procedures and maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of warehouse shipping and receiving experience required.
• Inventory control experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Great Plains required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Ability to lift materials and remain active throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
