SummaryThe Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, organizing, and shipping inventory. This role ensures accuracy, efficiency, and safety while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements- Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against packing slips.
- Unpack, inspect, count, and organize products for inventory accuracy.
- Prepare and package orders accurately and securely for shipment.
- Handle both small parcel and palletized freight shipments.
- Operate pallet wrapping and banding equipment.
- Create shipping labels and Bills of Lading (BOLs).
- Assist with inventory tracking and data entry, including use of ERP systems such as SAP.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
- Follows all company safety procedures and warehouse best practices.
- Attends work regularly and punctually, as scheduled or expected.
- Complies with Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct and Company Policies & Procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Follows safety and security procedures and determines appropriate action.
- Reports potentially unsafe conditions and uses materials and equipment properly.
- Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
- Reinforces safe behaviors and eliminates at-risk behaviors.
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience preferred.
- Experience with LTL freight shipments preferred.
- Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate shipping carrier websites
- Must be fluent in spoken and written English language
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
- Functional competencies include attention to detail, teamwork, communication, accountability, and adaptability.
Anticipated base salary range: $21.15 - $26.44
The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. This position is bonus eligible.
