Monday - Friday | 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM | OR 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Join Encon Safety Products, a leading manufacturer of safety and protective equipment. While Encon is part of the Vallen family of companies, this position is directly with Encon Safety Products.

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. This role will primarily focus on shipping activities while providing cross-functional support throughout the warehouse. Ideal candidates will have forklift experience, knowledge of domestic and international shipping processes, and experience working with ERP/MRP systems.

• 1+ year of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience
• Forklift experience required (sit-down and stand-up preferred)
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and warehouse software
• Knowledge of Fed Ex, UPS, LTL, and international shipping processes
• Experience with Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, and shipping documentation
• Basic computer, math, and data entry skills
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and safety awareness
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse duties
• Steel-toed shoes required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Process and prepare domestic and international shipments
• Create shipping documents, labels, Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, and related paperwork
• Load, unload, receive, and store incoming materials and merchandise
• Pick, pack, stage, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Operate sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
• Verify inventory, maintain accurate ERP records, and assist with inventory counts
• Consolidate freight and coordinate shipments with carriers
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and discrepancies
• Maintain shipping schedules and ensure timely order fulfillment
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Cross-train in receiving, order picking, and general warehouse operations as needed
