Mission
Execute shipping, receiving, and warehouse functions in a safe, timely, and accurate manner. Deliver and pick up parts/equipment to support Field Service Technicians at customer sites. Keep the warehouse clean and orderly. The position also involves checking in, checking out, maintaining, shipping, receiving, and calibrating the regional shared tools.
Roles And Responsibilities- Order fulfillment, shipping/receiving (30%):
Pick parts for customer orders using appropriate material handling equipment. Pack materials and products for shipment, create packing slips, enter order information into the shipping system (e.g., Fed Ex, UPS). Write bills of lading for truck shipments. Receive and warehouse incoming parts, perform periodic inventory, maintain the warehouse/shop, and keep inventory highly organized per ISO 9001 procedures (including the Nonconformance process).
Organize and process parts returns. - Parts & Equipment delivery/pickup (20%):
Arrange deliveries and pickups safely, efficiently, and timely. Inspect arriving goods for damage, document outgoing goods, and use the assigned system to track deliveries. - Building Activities (15%):
Work with vendors/landlords to maintain building systems (HVAC, fire alarms, burglar alarms, sprinkler systems, plumbing, sewer, electrical, fire extinguisher annual inspections) and schedule warehouse equipment maintenance (e.g., forklifts). Ensure the parking lot and building entry are clear and safe, and perform monthly building walk‑arounds with the Service Manager to correct any problems. - Shared Regional Tools (15%):
Maintain regional shared tools using current tracking software to ensure proper check‑out, check‑in, calibration, condition, and inventory. Ensure tools leave and return complete and in working order. - Warehouse Activities (20%):
Maintain a tidy, highly organized environment. Ensure all machines are color‑tagged, racking is clearly identified, and aisles and walkways are clear. Arrange proper waste disposal per ISO guidelines (oil, electronics, scrap metal, etc.) and verify technicians keep the shop safe and tidy. - Contribute to positive company branding by projecting a knowledgeable, professional, and customer‑oriented image to customers.
- Perform all duties in accordance with Atlas Copco standards while understanding the needs and expectations of the customer.
- Take appropriate action to get the job done and maintain communication with all necessary personnel.

None. - Experience
: 3‑5 years of successful experience in shipping/receiving/warehouse functions is preferred. - Education
:
High School Diploma. - Skills
:
Demonstrated knowledge of shipping, receiving, and other warehouse functions. Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, hand trucks, and pallet jacks. Independent self‑starter with strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills. Efficient, accurate work. Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable in an SAP environment. Mechanical aptitude and a valid driver’s license are required.

- Salary of $25/hr – $28/hr based on knowledge, skills, and experience and geographically adjusted.
