Warehouse Personnel

The Warehouse Personnel role maximizes the selection, loading, and dispatch of products by ensuring accurate order fulfillment, meeting hourly target rates, and maintaining product integrity and quality standards throughout the entire loading process.

• Receive, store, pick, and load products accurately.
• Unload inbound products safely, moving items to proper storage locations.
• Efficiently stack and store merchandise in designated areas.
• Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves, or relocate orders to a holding area.
• Maintain product integrity through proper handling and storage procedures.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and maintain a safe operating record for powered industrial equipment.
• Perform general housekeeping to ensure warehouse standards are met in a safe and professional manner, including sweeping, consolidating product, and facility maintenance.
• Execute other related functions as assigned by management.

Work is performed in a cold‑freezer environment below
-20°C. Required safety equipment includes gloves, freezer suit, boots (not shoes), and hearing and eye protection as needed.

• Stand/Walk 90% of shift, often on concrete in <
  
  -20°C conditions.
• Lift/Carry 1–5 lb constantly; occasionally 25 lb or 6–8 pack items from pallet to freezer rack or cart.
• Push/Pull frequently, using both hands and arms on wheeled carts.
• Bend/Twist at the waist continuously during stocking and unloading from pallets.
• Kneel/Crouch constantly while stocking freezer shelves or offloading pallets at floor level.
• Use hands and arms for reaching, gripping, power grasping, and reaching above shoulder while stocking and pulling orders.

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of warehouse experience.
• Valid Texas driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Successful completion of background check, motor vehicle record, drug screening, physical and human performance evaluation.
• Willingness to work flexible, potentially early morning, late night, weekend, holiday, and overtime hours.
• Ability to work in a cold environment of –20°C.
• Basic math skills and clear reading, writing, and communication in English;
  Spanish a plus.
• No visible tattoos or piercings permitted in the workplace.
• Adherence to a smoke‑ and vape‑free workplace policy.
